Return & Refund Policy

At Farmer Harvest, we strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers while respecting the policies set by our Farmer Producer Organization (FPO) partners. As an aggregator marketplace, our role in the return and refund process is limited, and the policies vary depending on the seller.

General Return Policy

  • Food Items: In general, food products sold on Farmer Harvest are non-returnable once successfully delivered. However, buyers may request a return under exceptional circumstances by providing valid reasons, subject to the discretion of the seller.
  • Non-Food & Non-Perishable Items: Returns for non-food and non-perishable items are subject to the sole discretion of the participating seller. Customers are encouraged to check the specific return policies listed by the respective seller before making a purchase.

Refund Process & Consumer Rights

  • Payment Security: All prepaid payments made on Farmer Harvest are securely held until the buyer receives their order. This ensures consumer protection and trust in transactions.
  • Payment Transfer: Once the buyer successfully receives the commodities, payments are transferred to the respective seller within three (3) business days, subject to statutory clearances.
  • Product-Specific Policies: Each seller may have distinct return and refund policies based on the type of product they offer. Customers are advised to review the product-wise return and refund terms as specified by individual sellers before completing a purchase.
